  • Purchase a home or refinance the home you currently occupy
  • Up to $35,000 in repairs, remodeling and improvements are allowed

FHA “Repair Escrow”

  • When purchasing a home directly from HUD (see their website for homes they have for sale)
  • Up to $5,000 is allowed for repairs and is added to the loan amount
  • Roofs, gutters,  flooring, painting, appliances, etc..
